Add incomming call event

It's done.
modem.on('ring', function(msisdn) {

Tested with my Huawei modem.

Let me know if all is fine.
Also, I'd love to know if you actually use it and for what purpose.

I will try later on today once I put my hand on the HW.
After checking the code quality, I can tell you that I will definitely use it. Great stuff :)
I'm using it for a home automation system on Raspberry
The plan is to use it a base detect the caller to allow additional DTFM actions and to do some basic Text2speech report.
