Probably it is fixed by 3dfa483 Ver 4.6.12 is in the pipeline.

It is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. If it is not possible on this OS just let me know, no problem.

I see. This issue depend on whether WinRT is installed and it must not be installed on that OS.
It is just a matter of detection of such OSes for switching between WinRT API or conventional API.
