Error on registration attempt: "Database error, you may need to run database update"

Hm, I can't reproduce this error when I try again. But I have a new issue:

I have followed instructions for the development setup - running the script in bin/, adding the volume lines in the override file.

I can register OK. But when I try to log in, I get sent back to the login page with no errors. If I comment out the volume line in the override file, then logging in works.

This seems to be an issue with EmonCMS rather than Docker – if I build my own Docker image using EmonCMS master (removing the image line and running docker-compose build) then I can't log in with that either.
