Move emulation control from emuStudio to emuLib

Removing milestone 9.0. It will affect emuStudio as well in too big scale.

After deep thinking, I think it should be the opposite. The emuLib library shouldn't be a framework, it should be kept as API library, for communication between plugins and main module.

If this kind of separation was to be considered, then maybe another library or framework should be created. For now, I don't see a point of doing that since emuStudio main module is able to do the job.

Commits 781ac2d and onward moved even more things (plugin loading) away from emuLib, since it is not needed for plugins.
