I put the important icons into the qresource mechanism.

I tried KDE HighContrast and Oxygen versions. Not really happy with either. However, using Seer on a system that does't have an Icon theme installation will no longer be a problem (ie: showing no icons because the name of the icon theme could not be located).

Closing this task. A new task can be created if necessary.
