@zhangxiaohuixuhao I think you are doing right. segmentation is memory cost, how much gpu memory do you have? maybe try set batch size to 1 or use a smaller training size.

GPU memory is 12G. And I have change the training size to 32 if you mean the the "train_size" in mult_gpu_train.py. But it is not working.
