Title is not supported for alert and confirm dialogs. See the bootbox documentation: http://bootboxjs.com/documentation.html

But you can achieve the same functionality by using a custom dialog. Something like this:

<button class="btn btn-danger pull-right"
        ng-bootbox-title="Danger - Danger - Danger"
        ng-bootbox-custom-dialog="Are you sure about the asdf book delete?"
        ng-bootbox-buttons="customConfirmButtons">
    Delete
</button> 

and in your controller:

$scope.customConfirmButtons = {
      ok: {
          label: "Ok",
          className: "btn-primary",
          callback: function() { $scope.deleteBook(); }
      },
      cancel: {
          label: "Cancel",
          className: "btn-default"
      }
  };

  $scope.deleteBook = function() {
      $ngBootbox.alert('Book deleted!');
  };
