Looks like adding #[serde(default)] to the field will cause deserialization to succeed with an empty string for the clientOid. The other option would be to change the type of client_oid to an Option, but that would be a breaking change which probably isn't worth it. I'll spin up a PR.

Thanks for getting this done so quickly. I can see this being an issue in a lot of cases.
I primarily use Level3 data and a separate sub-account with this so hadn't come across it myself.
I'll try to update this soon so the cargo version fully integrates the changes too.
