目的不是为了检查是否有update方法，是为了检测是否继承了IConditional接口，不过ts目前不支持判断是否继承接口所以当时先用这种比较不明确的方式来做了处理

所以预期是只有实现了继承了IConditional接口才会返回true，类似工程里的ExecuteActionConditional、RandomProbability和ConditionalDecorator这几个类。而其他类似Decorator、Selector这种只继承Behavior不实现IConditional接口应该返回false。可以这样理解吗？

是的，这个接口现在看来是有问题的，是需要找一个新的替代方案

目前先这样处理，如果有更好的方法可以替换，用一个限定的类型来作为判定
