Esper does NOT include a dual license of GPLv1 and GPLv2.

Where did you get the impression that Esper allows GPLv1?

It says right in this file:

"Esper and NEsper are open-source software available under the GNU General Public License (GPL) (GPL v2)"

That said, regardless of whether it's only GPL v2 or not, your licensing is contradictory. Either the project is GPL and redistributable under the GPL terms, it is your own custom license, or it's a dual license where some parts fall under the GPL and some parts don't. You should make your licensing clearer as it is confusing in its current state.
