Hey @RockmanR - thanks for these suggestions! These are good ideas for things that the website ought to address in some form. I hope that the rotating artwork on the homepage already provides some of the benefit of the "artists" page you mention.
We won't add these subpages right away, but I encourage you to create them yourself, and we could then consider linking to them from the website if you open another PR for that. For instance your social impact idea could be added to https://docs.ethhub.io, and any additional research topics could be added to open problems list.
