Clean old logger logic

Not exactly. There is only only one logger both in the core and in the ui subsystem. ctx.fb and "ui logger" aren't loggers but channels to send feedback back to users. There have to be 2 of them, because that's the way Cafe is built - with separate core and ui systems.

We probably should bring some logical order and conciseness into prefixes and messages instead. And make sure we use the right feedback channel/channels in each particular place.

this is not bad, but for now all our say, shot, scream functions doesn't produce any kind of log, even into console. Need to do something with this.
