Please check release 1.1.1 (https://github.com/EvilMindDevs/hms-unity-plugin/releases/tag/v1.1.1), see if it solves this error.

Was not enable to build current master branch. Here is how to reproduce:
Unity Editor: 2019.3.0f6
Project branch: master (commit 40b93e6)
Steps:
- Ensure Android as Target Platform
- Go to Build Settings > Player Settings > Scripting Backend and set it to IL2CPP
Expected: Build succeeds
Reality: Build fails with the above error. It happens in the stripping process of build
