checkFrame for jqQR scan mode should use frame time instead of just regular interval

Right now, the default interval between frame samples is 500ms - but if jqQR takes longer than this on a mobile device, the CPU time is saturated and the user experience can suffer greatly. Example flamegraph:

Instead, we should only allow another sample to be taken once the current one is complete, with some minimal gap in-between for other tasks to run.

image recognition

I had created a product with an image and I 'm trying to do an image recognition
In the doc it says: "for any product through the Dashboard by clicking on "Setup image recognition" on that product's details page"
But I can't find this option.

Android 11 & Chrome 86 freezes when MediaStreamTrack.stop() is called

On Android 11, calling MediaStreamTrack.stop() causes Chrome to freeze.

A workaround is to go to multitasking, then select Chrome again and the page will advance as expected.

No known Chrome bugs found, so we created one.
