The way to do this is by running two instances of exabgp .. I will look at providing separation but my fear is that it will change the behaviour an could break some current installation.
I will consider changing the default behaviour after asking on our Google Community if it would break any existing configuration.
This was due to be fixed with the new configuration format which makes the association between process and neighbor explicit ...

You can now prefix the command by "neighbor " to limit announcements

It is now possible to control which peer will receive the message as defined on: https://code.google.com/p/exabgp/wiki/API_Route_Control ExaBGP 4 will allow to "bind" a process to a number of peers, so explicit filtering is not systematically required.
