Collections Browser does not save changes to owner, group

I came across what I think is this same bug today.

I was trying to change the mime-type of a file using the properties dialog of the Collections Browser. I tried changing the MIME type and saving, but the type doesn't change.

This is Dashboard 1.x. In the current 2.x line (limited to eXist 5.x), we actually outright dropped the collections browser, because of bugs like this, instead steering users to eXide’s DB manager or the Java Admin Client. We’d thus encourage users or 4.x and 5.x to switch to eXide or the Java Admin Client.
