Hi @MertJSX! Thanks for reporting the issue. Unfortunately, this issue is caused by code outside our repository. The issue itself is actually caused by this line of code. It also means that we can't change or fix this.

I would recommend opening a new issue on https://github.com/react-native-community/cli. You can refer to this issue and/or this comment if you want. Let's keep this issue open, but on hold for now.

I think we should wait for a bug fix, but if you want to fix that now, you should rename all your folders that are paths to your project with English characters. This is the easiest fix. I'm not going to close the issue because the error still exists.
