@dougwilson realized that this repo needs a new release. it won't be compatible with 0.8 though

@jonathanong that's fine :) Since connect 2.x is pinned to 1.0.0 of the module, it'll work just fine in 0.8, as connect 2.x is adding the this.headerSent property (which 1.0.0 is using). Since connect 2.x is about to be replaced anyway, we should be fine just keeping the dependency on 1.0.0.
