Sorry for the time confusion everyone--the scheduled time is 23:30 UTC, which means that the meeting is pinned ignoring DST. I also forgot that daylight time ended, and didn't even get in until 7:30 pm my local time, which is not 23:30 UTC. The meeting is supposed to be at 23:30 UTC, so we'll make sure it actually keeps that schedule for the next meeting 👍

OK, so IIUC, that will make it one hour earlier for most people in the US, e.g. 3:30pm PST and 5:30pm CST. Or am I totally confused?
