Thank you. After doing some troubleshooting, I think tsx might've been the problem. Ended up just using tsc and node with no issues

Express does not use wasm so it is nearly certainly not an express bug. The error stack does not give any hints but since we don't use any wasm I am going to close this. If you can narrow it down and find something to point back to express or a dependency from here please feel free to re-open.
