Add an option to pass the entire passband without channelizing and (additional) filtering. Do the same on UDP source (I/Q mode only). This allows transponding an entire passband at limited cost.

Note: to be really efficient this needs a refactoring of the device sink engine part to be able to pull a vector of samples instead of samples one by one. The one by one approach is needed to be able to merge the data from Tx plugins. In this configuration the Tx plugin would have to be unique. This needs a bit more thinking and will not be covered by this ticket not to delay this release.

Note2: direct feeding the entire passband makes it more difficult if at all possible to adjust for clock variations between sender and receiver. In the channelized approach this is handled by the rational interpolator of the Tx channel plugin.
