I added additional support for backfilling translations when localized docs are missing. #148
I shall, but have not added support for running, write-translations when user runs yarn run or yarn build
from docusaurus.

Hi Chenglou,
Sometimes the downloaded files are out of sync with the english source files. This can cause this issue to trigger. Usually the solution is to upload the updated base files to crowdin, then download again.
Thank you for surfacing this issue.
I'll look into better clarifying these error messages.
