Compiling for AIX results in "undefined: socketControlMessageTimestamp"

It is not immediately obvious to me how to fix this but I suspect it's an endianness issue.

The function is only defined for _linux, _freebsd and _darwin in here:

Those systems-specific functions are trivial to copy for other platforms. The problem is that non-standartized things are used. For example, socket options: unix.SO_TIMESTAMP is not defined for AIX; instead there's SO_TIMESTAMPNS. We don't know if the semantics is transferrable: the IBM's docs don't list the option at all. But even if it were, we don't even have AIX PPCs handy to confirm.

We will consider community contributions adding AIX and other platforms, but we won't be able to satisfy requests/issues for unsupported platforms.
