Make the generator more smart when it's executed on a directory which already has a structure.

1. The generator is configurable, so it's as simple as to prevent the call to:

   this.installDependencies();

2. By default the generator.Base verify for conflicts on copy and write.

3. With [email protected] the conflict resolution is up to the developer. It's recommended to relay on develop execution of bower install after the project creation

Finally found the solution: Updated package.json to yeoman-generator@~0.12.2 and magically all the prompts start working correctly.
