it's hard to tell what the limit is, but my guess is that it's checking bursts of requests rather than a daily limit. Maybe spare those 800 requests in a bigger amount of time, e.g. lower the throttle value to 10, 5 or whatever and check if by doing that you get more results or not.

Yeah, sorry, I should have tried it myself. With 10 it got through. It's annoying to not know these limits. Knowing the limits, you could maybe start out with 100 requests per second for the first 400 requests to then switch to 10/s for the rest as default behavior.
