识别的时候有很大概率直接跑出一个空值

这个项目对我来说只是一个学习性的项目，最近有些忙，大概没有时间帮忙改进。
另外，个人对于给人对于JAVACV有点担心，如果真正做项目的话，感觉OPENCV的JAVA版本应该更可靠些。
所以以后应该不会对这个项目进行更新了。

对于识别不准确的原因，应该是这个版本没有提供角度校正的功能，这个功能在liuruoze/EasyPR 的版本有过改进。
