fsmtrie_free() doesn't free the memory allocated for the fsmtrie_t object wrapper

The following is the "documented" way to use fsmtrie:

fsmtrie_t f;

f = fsmtrie_init();

...

fsmtrie_free(f);

This leaks f. Two options to solve:

1. Simply call free(f). This is onerous.
2. Add a new API function fsmtrie_destroy() that takes a pointer to an fsmtrie_t object and handles all of the freeing. Deprecate the use of fsmtrie_free()

fsmtrie_opt_free() should be named fsmtrie_opt_destroy()

Add a new function, deprecate the old to preserve the API.
