This is an intentional limitation of the Graph API. By default, the "from" data for the comments is not returned for posts made to pages, so we substitute "Facebook User".

In some cases, even on pages, names may appear. This is rare, and I haven't been able to nail down exactly when this occurs. I suspect this happens if the user who made the comment has adjusted their privacy settings to share more data with apps. Or, it might occur if the comment is made from another page.

I'll update the documentation to better explain what the "Facebook User" situation is.

Re-opening this... it turns out that we can resolve this for posts on pages that you control by using a page access token. I'll have to re-work things a bit, but it seems possible!

Just a note... while we may still be able to access this on pages, now this issue is turning up on your own personal timeline videos. This is due to the new Graph API changes. More info here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/changelog/breaking-changes/#

any updates on this?

1.) Could you tell how would i go on about changing the comment stream uri?
i mean, i would rather prefer opting for live-stream / live-comments but not yet sure entirely where to modify that?

2.) how would we change the page token, is that part already done within the api or has to be done?
