Minimum Deployment Target Conflict

I noticed ZIPFoundation has raised the minimum iOS deployment target from iOS 11 to iOS 12 in their last patch release update (0.9.11 -> 0.9.12) and we require ZIPFoundation ~> 0.9 in our pod spec. However, our pod requires iOS 11, hence the conflict. I am not sure why they raised this requirement only on their pod spec and not on their Swift Package where the minimum deployment remains at iOS 9.

@rnine thanks for looking into this! Do you know if ZIPFoundation is going to roll back the package's minimum deployment target or is FileStack planning to upgrade theirs to 12.0? We found a workaround, but it is only intended to be temporary until the conflict is resolved.

@J0SHLANG Well, I think we'll freeze ZIPFoundation at 0.9.11 as a hot patch fix for CocoaPod users. We'll then decide what long term solution is most appropriate. I'll try to get my hands on this today.
