I had the same issue.
Steps to reproduce :
- click the install button from the plugin admin panel
- after the install process one ends up on a page displaying the plugin details, with a blue install button below
- when clicking on the install button, the same process loops
The plugin is not listed in the plugin's list, but the folder map-marker-leaflet appears to be present in usr/plugins
I copied map-marker-leaflet.yaml to user/config, but it didn't change anything. Shortcodes don't work in pages.
