Started to look into this. It's going to be tricky since the Teensy 2.0 uses the same AVR but maps pins differently and there does not seem to be anything defined in pins_arduino.h (in the Arduino core: Arduino/hardware/variants/leonardo/) that can reliably distinguish one board from another. I anticipate the issue may only get worse if considering adding additional Arduino variants using the ATmega32U4.
