Thank you for opening this issue and I apologize for the delayed response. I was hoping that in the time since you opened this issue there would be a dbt feature to allow you to exclude the freshness tests. Sadly that is not the case 😞.

However, we were able to think of a solution for your freshness failures on the contact_property_history source! What you can do is copy the src_hubspot.yml file that you should be able to find within your local directory at dbt_modules/hubspot_source/models/src_hubspot.yml. Once copied, you can paste the sources in your project level models/models.yml file and remove the freshness tests there. Copying these sources at your project level will overwrite our freshness tests and you will be able to have your dbt runs successfully complete.
