Well, I have no idea what happened -- but we just published [email protected] which seems to have worked.

Searching around I found this, so apparently this just happens sometimes :( npm/npm#5082

Very strange... I'm not really sure why npm publish didn't ship the index.js file?? :/

Confirming too that it's not on npmcdn: https://npmcdn.com/[email protected]/index.js

But it is there in 0.30.0: https://npmcdn.com/[email protected]/index.js

Yea, it's also in the directory I just ran npm publish from for 0.31... I'm pretty confused

(also, in case anyone goes to investigate that issue once and for all and follows the threads to this issue: I was using npm v3.9.5 when the issue arose)
