train_data = zip(X, y) zip is not differentiable because it is mutating arrays.
Maybe changing the way of constructing data is feasible.

I see. collect(zip(X, y)) also seems to give an error. Is there any way around this. Also I feel as though a small Data utility (like the one used in pytorch geometric) may be useful for improving readability and reducing errors.

train_data = [(train_X, train_y) for i in 1:10] is feasible, or you can use map.

In your case, you can use the following code:

train_data = [(final_data[i:i, :], final_data[(i+1):(i+1), :]) for i ∈ 1:(size(final_data)[1] - 1)]

Still getting the same error.

I apologize if I am not understanding the fix.
