Hi Mike,

I'm sorry for that. It is because I did a large refactor from 1.4 to 1.5 that added a new file bullet/counter to find where should use counter_cache, moved configuration to bullet.rb, moved notification to bullet/notification.rb.

So in config/environments/development.rb, you should only use Bullet, no Bullet::Association

config.after_initialize do
  Bullet.enable = true 
  Bullet.alert = true
  Bullet.bullet_logger = true  
  Bullet.console = true
  Bullet.growl = true
  Bullet.rails_logger = true
end
