did you try increasing or setting timeouts for each ping

Also worth checking out your network settings, firewall entries, I factory reset my modem/router sometimes

I reset my router 3 times yesterday trying to make it work, my ISP sets a new IP every time so.. its not like they are blocking me. How can I help diagnose this? Do you have any server from europe mad for example that I can ping with cmd to test? Doesnt make sense that all of them timeout but I can play

Have you previously used any mm picker app before? if there are leftover firewall entries it might be the cause

check them out here, ping any server
if you are able to ping them properly then there is something blocking the app from initiating outcoming ping request
