There is already an integration to EXT:dd_googlesitemap :-D

Even its no longer needed as (at least) Google excepts RSS as blog sitemaps.

I´ve tried .../?eID=dd_googlesitemap&sitemap=t3extblog, but just an empty sitemaps occurs

That will not work. See documentation of dd_googlesitemap, it should look something like this:
/?eID=dd_googlesitemap&sitemap=t3extblog&pidList=123&singlePid=456

Ok, ?eID=dd_googlesitemap&sitemap=t3extblog&pidList=123 works (123 = pid where the blogposts are stored). A bit strange: not all posts are listet, just about 100-120.

I there is a limit within the dd_googlesitemap code. You should add a limit parameter. Please see the documentation of googlesitemap!
