I recommend you to try it. If it doesn't work, you're welcome to port it, and I will very likely accept the PR. Note that actually building redbpf on such an ancient system is going to prove challenging, because the available toolchains are out of date, and we're doing some magic to support newer kernels on RH7, where we build it using an Ubuntu sandbox for the desired kernels.

@awillis I just merged a patch which allows compiling on Red Hat kernels that I've been able to test back to 4.18. Assuming the patches were backported the same way, unless there toolchain issues, RedBPF should compile.
I recommend Fedora as the build environment, though, as done in the CI in ingraind. Are you able to test this?
