- Change build setup so required folders and files are placed next to the .exe
- Use relative paths for ROMS and thumbnails, so that the program works on other computers.
- make the frame counter global so we can do better debugg prints and see how many frames it takes for values to change etc

- change file extension of save file, currently its just .nes
- move all filepaths to some resource namespace in core. Right now we have to use filesystem::experimental many places in code to get paths to various resources (images, keybindings, saves, roms).
- move input reading from gui.cpp into its own file. We need to keep track of which axis motion happened last frame so we can detect when a controllerAxis goes from > deadzone to 0 in one frame.
- move display code into GameActiveState? It already has the pixel array for recording, this would make scaling easier. It might cause frame tearing? We might need a better way to sync then we currently have.
