Use this set of web services to create forms and form fields in a free database then display the form and save information typed into those fields back into the free database.

This is the initial release of Formgram to help others tap into a shared cloud of existing forms.

This is done using web services to be cross-platform so any technology stack (such as Android, javascript, iOS, even desktop, etc.) can take advantage of this.

The number 18 is the identifier for an example appointment form.

You can see the list of all the currently available forms at http://formgram5.azurewebsites.net/m/Forms.aspx?formListEnum=1&username=guest

Select "Fill-out" next to a form to see what that form looks like.

Once you find the form you'd like to use, get the multipage_form_id of that form from the address bar in your browser. For example, multipage_form_id of this example Appointment form at http://formgram5.azurewebsites.net/m/OpenForm.aspx?multipage_form_id=18&username=guest is 18.

Update that multipage_form_id in this Formgram Example XCode then build and run.

You'll see an example appointment form show up and your users will be able to fill out this sample form.

For anyone else to fill out this same form, just send them the link (in urlWithFormIds).

Ignore the error message that shows up saying "Server Error in '/m' Application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object..."

This secuirty error is showing up since the user has not registered on formgram.com and is trying to login as guest. This is ok since we're using a generic guest account. The information typed into the form "is" saved however. So you can see what saved by going to the URL in urlWithFormIds.

Alternatively, you can use any computer/mobile device to go to http://formgram5.azurewebsites.net/m/report.aspx?form_version_id=66&username=guest to see all the entries that users entered into this form.
