The frame change notifications should be a delegate callback, not a notification

Why unsafe? I implemented it this way because I needed to know about the frame change in multiple view controllers controlling their views that were all in one view.

I could add the following delegate methods:

- (void)composeBarView:(PHFComposeBarView *)composeBarView
   willChangeFromFrame:(CGRect)startFrame
               toFrame:(CGRect)endFrame
              duration:(NSTimeInterval)duration
        animationCurve:(UIViewAnimationCurve)animationCurve;

- (void)composeBarView:(PHFComposeBarView *)composeBarView
    didChangeFromFrame:(CGRect)startFrame
               toFrame:(CGRect)endFrame;

I admit that sometimes it would be just easier to use the delegate method. I think I'll add them.

(By the way, I didn't mean "unsafe" in a particularly foreboding way; just inasmuch as notifications are always less safe than delegates because more less left to chance, namely the memory semantics and the access of arguments.)
