Hi,

I'm happy to here that you like it !
And great job with the docker image, I haven't forgotten about that ;)

1. That sounds actually pretty cool. I think about adding it once I'm done with other (critical) feature requests (like arm support ;))

2. Subfolders are on the way and will be added with the next release.

3. Interesting. I'm not sure yet. All icons to this point are actually stored in one single image (for performance reasons) but perhaps it's possible to break out of this pattern for custom icons.
