TAK users on TAKFreeServer does not stale out.

I submitted this bug report. Users do not stale out even when TAK users are logged out.

Same issue if emergency / 911 is invoked then cancelled. There's no way for TAKFreeServer to receive a timeout or remove the SPI from server
