One of the first spells would be a "Time Out" card, which would pause the game for a few minutes (and perhaps display ads) in exchange of course, for the ability to cast/summon in the current round.

Will probably cost no mana and would be used just one time per combat, like all other spells.
Once activated, it should last the whole amount of time, all unless players confirm they're ready to resume. This will avoid the game to unpleasantly resume if any players are focusing on something else.
