Add the ability to create dynamic titles in loop mode

I worked around this by creating a script that uses ImageMagick's convert utility to update an overlay image with the title text that gets applied over the banner.

This allows me to show align multiple values as I wanted too :-)

Sorry for the delay, I was away this weekend.

Sending a HUP signal to fswebcam will trigger it to reload the configurations files specified on the command line. Some users put their titles into a separate conf file so all they need to do is update that file, and send the signal. It's not terribly elegant though, I'll be working on improving that in future.

Yea, my problem was that I wanted to update the title as part of an exec action. The signal only gets acted upon after the current cycle of processing is completed.
