Added removeClippedSubviews to scrollView which improved the performance but we need to address this from the root

Reanimated 2, performs poorly when its hooks are used multiple times. for example when inside PhotosChunk, which is loaded multiple times in the scrollView, we have multiple useAnimatedStyle and useDerivedValue. Switched PhotosChunk animation to Animated improved performance to an acceptable level. However, it should be further simplified and improved.
