The error occurs only sometimes and also with other parameters (other players, other itemTypes), so it should not be linked to the parameters. I am assuming it is an EA error, their servers have a lot of problems, but there is still a possibility it might be something in the code that we can fix.

Well, i don't think we can fix this kind of errors, just make sure you don't spam server - (random?) interval between requests.

EDIT: This is very general exception (something went wrong on server side)
