consider more exclude defaults

It was in the plan to add the exclude option, that will be merged with the default ones .sass-cache and scss/sass files. i am personally against handling specific exclude needs, I prefer to expose the exclude option and let the developer manage files other than compass related onces.

Talking about whitelist, I think that it could be a good idea to add it in addition to exclude but will be than prioritized if both were given, what do you think?

I will work on it this weekend inchaAllah, probably it will be part of v0.1.0.

I'm waiting for your feedbacks, I let this issue open for now.
