Does anyone know of existing APIs that use this pattern? (Of returning human-readable info about how to interact with the API in the API.)
An alternative approach is to just suggest that each implementor should publish a point-of-contact email on whatever website they use to also publish other info about their endpoint (e.g. URL, terms of use, implementation-specific documentation).
