Yes, it was designed with shrinkage in mind.

I took the DIN bracket outline from the Voron Design Team's own Trident's DIN Bracket for the Voron2.4r2 and copied it onto the "L_SPACER_Bracket_4mm_x1.stl".

The mounting holes size I got from looking at other Voron Design Team parts and I know that ABS will shrink and I looked at what bolt and screw the Voron Design Team used for a parts and that told me what size I should make the hole for the screw head and and what size of hole to use for the screw's shaft. I also rely on fusion 360 software for clearance sizes for screws. See below.

In side Fusion 360 when you select "Surface -> Create -> Hole" and when you select "Clearance" for "Hole Tap Type" the fusion 360 SW will display a pop up menu which contains the following items: "Standard", "Fastener Type", "Size", "Fit". I use the Standard "Ansi Metric M Profile" which will take into account shrinkage for ABS parts.

The following is what I use
the values are what Fusion 360 produces for:
Holes: Hole Type: "Counterbore",
Hole Tap Type: "Clearance",
Drill Point: Flat,
Extents: "Distance".

Standard: "Ansi Metric M Profile",
Fastener Type: "Socket Head Cap Screw",
Fit: "Normal"

Size: M3
Bolt Hole: 3.4 mm
Head Diameter: 6.5 mm
Depth of Head: 3.0 mm

M3 Heat Insert [M3 X D5.0 X L4.0]
Hole diameter: 4.8 mm
Depth of hole: 4 mm

Size: M5
Bolt Hole: 5.5 mm
Head Diameter: 10 mm
Depth of Head: 5 mm

Size: M4
head diameter: 8mm
head depth: 4mm
bolt hole diameter: 4.5mm

Size: M2
Bolt Hole: 2.4 mm
Head Diameter: 4.4 mm
Depth of Head: 2.0 mm

M2 self tapping screw (m2x10):

There are many sources on how to tap a hole in fusion 360: https://www.seniorcare2share.com/how-to-model-screw-holes-for-3d-printing-supports/

As far as the design of the L bracket DIN support, I stole the hole out line from the Trident's "DIN_frame_mount_x4.stl" part located at https://github.com/VoronDesign/Voron-Trident/blob/main/STLs/ElectronicsBay/DIN_frame_mount_x4.stl

I just imported the model for the Trident into fusion 360 and found the DIN_frame_mount.stl part and then created a sketch of the DIN outline from the original part. Then copied the sketch over to the part I designed. So I am relying on the Voron Design Team for the DIN hole clearances.

Here is a good source of information about heat set inserts at https://hackaday.com/2019/02/28/threading-3d-printed-parts-how-to-use-heat-set-inserts/

Scroll down the page until you see "DESIGNING FOR INSERTS:". He has supplied a couple of references that inform the user on how big the heat-set inserts hole dimensions should be for a particular size heat-set insert

I hope this answers you question.

BTW, I am like you. I am just starting to design parts and I am learning as I go. I hope this helped.
